Date-wise availability families can check themselves, tentative holds that auto-release, advance payment on booking, and an owner view of every held and confirmed date.
We don't build showpieces. Every project below started with a business losing money somewhere specific — and ended with that leak closed.
Gyan Varsha International School runs two campuses and teaches Nursery to Class XII in English medium on the CBSE pattern — but admission enquiries were arriving entirely by phone, and only when someone already knew the school existed.
What we built: the full school website across Home, About, Academics, Campus Life, Admissions and Contact — with both campuses laid out clearly, senior-school streams (Science, Commerce, Arts and Agriculture) explained for parents, and an admissions enquiry that opens straight into WhatsApp.
What mattered most: parents research schools on a phone, usually at night. So the site is built mobile-first, states the teacher-student ratio and safety measures (CCTV-monitored campuses, GPS-tracked transport) up front, and keeps the 2026-27 admissions call to action visible on every screen.
Figures above are the school's own, shown on the site — not results we claim credit for.

Meltin sells cakes, cookies and dry cakes that customers were ordering by messaging photos back and forth. Every order meant a conversation, and the shop could only take them during opening hours.
What we built: a full online store — the complete cake and cookie catalogue with real product photography, cart and checkout, mobile-OTP login so customers never need a password, and an admin panel where staff manage products and orders themselves. Every order lands on the shop's WhatsApp.
Under the hood: a Fastify + PostgreSQL + Redis API with a queued job worker. Outbound SMS and WhatsApp go to a background queue with retry, so a slow provider can never block or crash a checkout. Orders carry an idempotency key, so a customer double-tapping "Place order" on a bad connection cannot create two orders.
Screenshots flatter everyone. These are unedited walkthroughs of the real builds — the same thing your customers would use.
Browsing the school site as a parent would: academics, campus life, then an admissions enquiry handed straight to WhatsApp.

Browsing the catalogue, opening a cake, choosing a size and watching the price update — the same journey a customer takes before ordering.
Open the live storeThe same three pieces — a site, a booking flow and automation behind it — adapt to most local businesses. Here is what that looks like in practice.
Date-wise availability families can check themselves, tentative holds that auto-release, advance payment on booking, and an owner view of every held and confirmed date.
Stylist-wise slots across branches, each with its own timings and holidays, plus WhatsApp reminders the evening before and an hour before to cut no-shows.
Appointment booking with pre-visit instructions sent automatically. Routine questions answered instantly; anything clinical is escalated to a human, always.
Class booking with capacity limits, membership expiry tracking, and renewal reminders that go out a week before a membership lapses.
Table reservations, party-hall enquiries and a menu your staff update themselves — with a WhatsApp confirmation on every booking.
Filterable listings, a site-visit scheduler tied to agent availability, and instant lead alerts to the right agent's phone rather than a shared inbox.
