I started seven years ago building websites for shops and service businesses in and around Ujjain. The websites worked — people found the business, saw the photos, got the phone number.
Then I noticed the same thing happening again and again. The customer would message at 10 PM. Nobody replied until the next afternoon. By then they'd booked somewhere else. The website wasn't the problem — everything after the website was.
So we started building the rest: automation that replies instantly, booking systems that can't double-book, follow-ups that happen whether or not anyone remembers. That's what Scale Mint Technologies does now. A website is where we start, not where we stop.

WhatsApp becomes the front door

A marriage garden asked for a way to stop double-booking dates. That one project turned into a whole service line.
